We have used Rob and his team on 2 projects. One was to install a drainage system between our house and a neighbors house, tying in multiple downspouts and adding several drains in the yard and carrying the water 100 feet down a slope. There was a great deal of water that was flowing and they effectively addressed the problem with a well designed solution that had more capacity than other quotes we received. They were very careful and preserved the grass we had so that in a few weeks you could not see the work had been done. As it turned out the extra capacity was critical as the water flow was greater than I had fully realized (they used a 6 inch main drain vs all other quote that had only a 4 inch main drain). A few months later we asked them to come back and install a channel drain in our driveway. They cut the concrete, installed the channel drain, connected it to a downspout and tied it into the earlier drainage system they installed. All of their work has more than met our expectations (which were quite high). From our perspective their solutions were well thought out and well executed. Thankfully we listened to his recommendation for a 6 inch drain backbone. We highly recommend this company!

I called Rob after I had already gone thru frustration with a company with a very similar name. But don't be fooled. I had to have this company, go back and fix what the other guy didn't do right.

The one you need to call is Rain or Shine irrigation.

Rob noticed that the first company put in older mechanical equipment, not new ones. Also, they paired up a 1" line, with a 3/4" line... just to get the job done. It was never working right. The drip systems that were put in nearly ruined two trees, because they had the spray shooting a fierce jet of water about 2 inches from the small tree. Rob fixed all of that, for a much better price. He is the fellow you need to call. He will show up when he says, and get the work done and it will be done right.

· Watering on the Incorrect Day: Residential customers who violate the Alternate Day Watering rule receive an oral or written notice. Repeat violations can lead to civil penalties of $100.00 for the first citation, $250.00 for the second, and $500.00 for the third. Non-residential customer fines range from $250.00 - $2000.00.
