 After searching for a good amount of time to find a company to service our sprinkler system, I found Rain or Shine Landscapes. I'm very glad that I found them. Hector came out yesterday and did an outstanding job! I could tell immediately that he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and an overall great guy! Hard to find these days. Their price for my job was fair if not better than fair and they are a 5-star company in my book. Rob and Robin (owners?) were very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend them. I have set up to get estimates on a drainage issue and possibly some accent lighting shortly for any irrigation system repair.

   We had a few broken sprinklers, prompting me to look for someone to replace them. What I liked about Rain or Shine is they provided an estimate to fix the immediate problem, but they also offered no-pressure recommendations to service our entire sprinkler system (which hadn't been done in almost 20 years). While it sounded expensive on the surface, after I looked at the details of the estimate, I was able to see the value and the level of work involved. We opted for the full service. After testing it, I was pleased with the water pressure coming out of the sprinklers and how they were configured for maximum coverage. However, I noticed that two of the sprinklers weren't functioning well. After letting Rain or Shine know about it, I was impressed by how they stood behind their work. They scheduled a follow-up service at no charge and fully addressed my identified issues. 

 Rain or Shine Landscapes did an excellent job of repairing a difficult problem with a clogged drain pipe that ran under several sections of our sidewalk. *** was very creative in figuring out how to repair without jackhammering through the concrete (the solution recommended by two other companies) and was therefore able to charge me less than the original estimate. The labor was more physically challenging than jackhammering would have been. The job site was cleaned up perfectly before he left. We are very grateful -- well done!!

 It's not often that you run into someone like Rob. He's one of the "good guys." He does what he says he'll do and does it well. He and his helper installed an irrigation system for my new garden. It was very reasonably priced and professionally installed. He was able to do it quicker than he had allotted, so he voluntarily reduced the price to reflect that. I would highly recommend using him. I will almost certainly call him back for additional services.
