  We have found that some customers would like us to come by each month during the hot summer to make adjustments to their irrigation system . You may want to increase the amount of time that your system waters to accommodate extra hot/dry periods. In September, we can come back when season cools down or after reseeding to turn down the system. We will also inspect system and drip irrigation to make sure that you are receiving adequate coverage. This service call may be additionally beneficial for customers who may be on vacation or out of town.

Servicing landscape irrigation repair in Apex Cary Chapel Hill & Holly Springs.

For those of you that are scheduled to have your lawns Aerated & Overseeded, we recommend that you have your Irrigation Heads and Valve Boxes Flagged prior to receiving this service. It is very important to have your Irrigation System in proper working order to ensure that your new seed receives the amount of water that it needs to produce a lush and beautiful lawn. Protect your system from potential damage by having us come prior to Flag your system.

Lighting Maintenance amount includes 1 visits per year. We will inspect all fixtures, clean, replace bulbs, and clean sockets. Replacement of bulbs, sockets or necessary parts to make repairs will be billed at time of service with customers’ approval. We can replace bulbs with either LED or Halogen bulbs. Price does vary as LED bulbs are more expensive but last much longer. 

Flush out the system using forced air which removes most of the water to prevent cracking of pipes from freezing temperatures. We will remove the Backflow device and leave it in the designated location for storage until spring start-up. Below-ground Backflows will be left in place with test cox open and wrapped with insulation.
